chamiliabeadsnow.com is now proud to offer shipping to many parts of the world!
Generally speaking, at chamiliabeadsnow.com, orders placed with us ship from our manufacturer's or distributor's warehouse in China and will leave there within 1-3 business days. At times, however, shipping may be delayed due to national holidays or other situations beyond our control. Most holidays only last for 1-3 days but keep in mind that orders placed January 13, 2012 to January 31, 2012 will not ship until at least February 1st, due to the Chinese New Year celebration and that orders placed from September 29, 2012 - October 7, 2012 will not ship until at least October 8th due to their Fall Festival. Orders shipped during peak holiday shipping times, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas, may be severely delayed. chamiliabeadsnow.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, acts of terrorism or the shipping company, regardless of the shipping method chosen by customers. Once an order has been marked as processed, it cannot be canceled because it is already in the packing and/or shipping stage. All shipping times stated are estimations and we do not guarantee any time frame for delivery.

- USA Shipping: Packages normally arrive at your shipping address within 5-10 business days from the date of shipping if Express Shippingis selected. If Standard Shipping is selected, orders typically arrive in 11-20 business days from the date of shipment. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $18.99 USD for Express Shipping (regardless of order size) and $6.99 for Standard Shipping (regardless of order size) for order shipping to the United States. There is no extra "Handling Fee" on orders placed at chamiliabeadsnow.com.
We highly recommend that USA customers select Express Shipping. Not only will you get your order far more quickly, but you will receive real time tracking on packages shipped Express. (Tracking of non-Express packages is limited to delivery confirmation only and is not always provided. If provided, you are unlikely to get any valuable tracking information for packages shipped via Standard Shipping other than that they have been delivered.)

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to three days to ship or significantly longer if they are ordered during periods of national holidays. If this happens, we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number, if available. Tracking numbers, if available, will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all Express Shipping orders via EMS and all Standard Shipping orders via China or Hong Kong Post/USPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier, however.
Taxes
We are located in Orange County in Orlando, FL. By state law, we are required to collect state sales tax as well as any county discretionary taxes for all purchases made from this web site that are shipped to destinations within the state of Florida. For simplification purposes, all orders shipping to Florida destinations will have the 6% Florida state sales tax applied and we will pay any county discretionary taxes owed. We do not collect taxes for shipments made to any other state, country or province.We do not add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges to orders shipped to destinations outside of the state of Florida. In many countries, however, you may be required to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes, goods under a certain value or in certain categories do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country and the rules are often applied differently in different places; sometimes, it seems, rather randomly.
Because all items are shipped from China, anything bought from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws or rulings of every country or province. As such, we cannot and will not offer advice about taxes in your country. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
Most packages are marked as "Gifts" (except in Germany) and are declared at a value of $18 or less. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK), then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from us. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please do not blame us. We do not make the laws in your country. Please find out as much as you can about import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
Product Availability
We try at all times to list only items that are regularly in stock at our distributors' warehouses. Occassionally, an item may happen to be temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, customers will be contacted immediately and given the option to amend their order, wait for the item(s) or cancel the order altogether for a full refund. Since the only way that we can communicate with customers - especially customers NOT located in the United States - is by E-Mail, customers are required to monitor their E-Mail messages for important updates concerning their orders. We will not be held responsible for orders not received in a timely manner because of processing delays caused by customers who do not read their E-Mail messages daily.
Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But, if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Returns
Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:
1. You decided to cancel your order
If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 5 below.
2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed
If the item isn't working correctly or is visibly damaged or deformed, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a replacement or refund.
3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you've determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waves your right to get your product replaced or repaired. Before contacting us, please test the item's functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim. Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after we have officially filed the shipping insurance claim forms, we will send out new parts or a new product at no cost to you.
4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it
If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:
1) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
2) You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
3) You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners (which we will discuss with you over the phone or via E-Mail):
1) You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual cost for shipping) as a store credit, OR
2) You can get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping.
In either case, you are responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to our distributor.
5. You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us
If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and the cost for shipping. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
All returns must be shipped by the customer at their expense to the warehouse in China from which they were shipped. After being received by the warehouse, a refund will be issued according to the terms outlined above.
In all cases, regardless of fault, if re-delivery of an item is made, the least expensive method of shipping will be used!
